This Privacy Policy explains how Dutch & Habro India ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data on dutchnhabro.in, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
What we collect
When you submit a distributor application, bulk enquiry or contact form we collect the details you provide — name, firm, contact numbers, email, territory, business-capacity information and any documents you upload. We also record standard technical data (IP, browser, referring page and campaign parameters) to operate and secure the site.
Why we collect it
Solely to evaluate and respond to your enquiry, appoint and support distributors, and meet legal and regulatory obligations. We do not sell your data.
Consent
We process your data on the consent you give at the point of submission. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to our Grievance Officer; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.
Sharing
Application data may be shared with the assigned territory manager or an appointed distributor for the sole purpose of servicing your enquiry, and with service providers (email, hosting, messaging) bound to confidentiality. It is stored on servers located in India.
Retention
We retain application and enquiry data for as long as needed to evaluate the opportunity and for the duration of any resulting business relationship, plus the period required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and may nominate a representative. To exercise these rights, contact our Grievance Officer below.
